CCTV footage shows the man, who was on a motorcycle, inappropriately touching a woman wearing a headscarf as she walked through a quiet neighborhood. The suspect’s face is visible, and he quickly fled the scene after the act.
The video also shows a young child sitting on the motorcycle next to the man. Despite the evidence, the woman has yet to contact the authorities to start a formal investigation.
