Sindh Government Launches Online Driving License Services

The Sindh government has introduced a new online service to make getting driving licenses easier for its citizens. With this service, people can now apply for learning and international driving licenses online. The government also plans to offer non-commercial license renewals soon.

To apply for a learning license, users can visit the website: dlsonline.sindhpolice.gov.pk. After 42 days, they can apply for a permanent license at any branch.

At the launch, Provincial Home Minister Ziaul Hasan Lanjar praised the Inspector General of Sindh and the Deputy Inspector General of Driving Licenses for their efforts in modernizing this service, saying it would boost the Sindh Police’s reputation.

Earlier, the government announced that all 11 driving license branches across Sindh are ready to issue international driving licenses. This service became available online from September 14 for Sindh residents with valid licenses. Six branches in Karachi, along with others in Hyderabad, Nawabshah, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur, and Larkana, are part of this rollout.
