Lahore Police arrested PTI activist Aneela Riaz Jutt, known as Neeli Pari, on Thursday for attacking stage artist Tahir Anjum. The incident happened outside the Punjab Assembly during a PTI’ symbolic hunger strike’ against the incarceration of Imran Khan.
According to GRY News, Neeli Pari stopped Tahir Anjum, a PML-N cultural wing leader, and assaulted him. Video footage shows Neeli Pari slapping Anjum, who party workers then helped. Despite efforts from police and bystanders, Aneela continued her assault until Anjum managed to escape.
