Pakistan has launched a military operation named ‘Bunyan ul Marsoos’ targeting and destroying several key Indian military installations, including airfields.
The operation, confirmed by Pakistan’s military and government officials, involved strikes on critical sites such as the BrahMos missile storage facility in Beas, Udhampur Air Field, and Pathankot airfield. The attack was a direct response to the earlier strike on Pakistani airbases in Rawalpindi, which India initiated.
According to security sources, Pakistan targeted at least 11 sites in India, including key airbases in Pathankot, Udhampur, Gujarat, and Rajasthan, as well as the BrahMos storage site in Beas. Pakistan launched three indigenously developed Fateh-1 missiles at the Udhampur airbase, each with a 120 km range.
Additionally, the Pakistan Armed Forces destroyed an Indian Army brigade headquarters and a supply depot in Uri. A cyberattack reportedly disabled 70% of India’s power grid, according to security sources.
In another wave of strikes, Pakistan targeted and destroyed a second BrahMos storage site in Nagrota, as well as an Indian Army artillery battery. In a significant achievement, the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) used hypersonic missiles fired from JF-17 Thunder jets to destroy India’s S-400 system at the Adampur airbase.
