On the directives of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, NADRA will conduct Open Courts in Karachi on Friday, August 29, 2025, in order to answer the queries related to CNIC services, document-related questions, and identity problems on the spot. Two physical sessions have been arranged, one at Mega Center, North Nazimabad, 10 to 11 a.m., and the other at Mega Centre, SITE Industrial Area, 11 a.m. to noon. Citizens will be able to carry pertinent identity papers like CNICs, FRCs, and B-Forms to avail immediate help.
This initiative increases the accessibility of services to the citizens, encourages transparency of the services, and promotes greater confidence in the NADRA identity document processing. To provide even more convenience to the residents, the Pak-ID app can be used to check the progress of applications online, drop off documents, and perform secure payments through a mobile device, which will allow the residents to access necessary services more quickly and reliably.
