Directed and written by Ammar Rasool, Neelofar features Fawad Khan as Mansoor Ali Khan and Mahira Khan in the titular role. The star-studded cast also includes Madiha Imam, Samiya Mumtaz, Behroze Sabzwari, Atiqa Odho, and Gohar Rasheed. The film is produced by Usaf Shariq, with Fawad Khan and Hassaan Khalid as executive producers.
