Juventus Sack Head Coach Igor Tudor After Poor Run

Juventus Football Club has officially parted ways with head coach Igor Tudor following a string of disappointing performances this season.

“Juventus FC announces that it has today relieved Igor Tudor of his duties as head coach of the men’s first team, along with his staff consisting of Ivan Javorcic, Tomislav Rogic and Riccardo Ragnacci,” the club said in a statement.

The club thanked Tudor and his team for their professionalism and dedication, wishing them success in their future careers.

Massimo Brambilla, currently coaching the Juventus men’s first team, will take over temporarily and lead the squad in Wednesday’s Serie A match against Udinese.

“Juventus has temporarily entrusted the men’s first team to Massimo Brambilla, who will be on the bench for the Juventus-Udinese match on Wednesday evening,” the statement added.

Juventus currently sit eighth in Serie A, six points behind league leaders Napoli, and are struggling in the Champions League, ranking 25th out of 36 teams with just one draw and two losses in their opening three games.
