The Samsung Galaxy A55 5G is the newest addition to Samsung’s A-series of budget-friendly phones.
Like last year’s A54 5G, the A-series aims to provide a solid overall experience much lower cost than the flagship Galaxy S24 line. The Galaxy A55 continues this trend with a triple camera setup, a large 6.6-inch display, a powerful octa-core processor, and excellent features packed into a vibrant glass and metal body.
Powered by an octa-core Exynos 1480 chip, the Galaxy A55 offers plenty of power for everyday activities like browsing Instagram and surfing the web. It can also handle games like Genshin Impact and PUBG at decent frame rates.
The triple rearward camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 5-megapixel macro camera. For its price, the vast and ultrawide cameras take stunning photos with good exposure and detail for Instagram sharing.

Bank Alfalah offers 3- and 6-month instalment plans with zero per cent markup. As of May 2024, the monthly instalment is Rs43,666 for the three-month plan and Rs21,833 for the six-month plan. However, the bank charges a one-time processing fee per its charge schedule.
