Security forces arrested four terrorists during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Khuzdar, Balochistan, on October 1, 2025, the ISPR said. The militants, linked to the Indian proxy group Fitna al-Hindustan, tried to escape by disguising themselves as women. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered.
The ISPR confirmed that the arrested men were involved in several terrorist activities in the region. A sanitization operation is underway to eliminate remaining threats. Officials stressed Pakistan’s resolve to wipe out Indian-sponsored terrorism and bring all perpetrators to justice.
Earlier, at least 18 terrorists linked to India were killed in three separate IBOs across Balochistan, while another five militants, including a suicide bomber, were neutralized in Quetta. Security forces also recovered a large cache of arms during these operations.
Pakistan’s security forces remain determined to eradicate terrorism and safeguard national security.
