Islamabad authorities have reportedly sealed Crusteez Donuts following an incident where Chief Justice of Pakistan, Qazi Faez Isa, was allegedly verbally abused by a bakery employee.
A video, apparently filmed secretly by a bakery worker, went viral on social media. It shows the Chief Justice visiting the bakery with his wife and daughter to buy pastries. In the video, an employee asks, “Are you Faez Isa?” When the Chief Justice confirms, the worker responds with a curse.
The exchange starts with the employee asking, “Ap Isa Faez Hain?” (Are you Faez Isa?), followed by the insult, “Lanat ho Aap Pe…” (Damn you). The Justice’s daughter then repeats the question to her father.
Later, photos surfaced online showing officials placing a ‘Sealed’ notice on the bakery’s door. However, the local authorities have not yet released an official statement regarding the closure.
