Karachi: Zulfiqar Ahmed, a well-known businessman, has reportedly gone missing in Karachi, ARY News reported on Thursday.
According to family sources, Ahmed, the owner of Paracha Textiles, Meezan Oil, and Cola Next, was last seen being forcibly taken by masked armed men. The incident happened on Mauripur Road in Keamari. Where the men forced Ahmed and his partner, Qaiser, into a double cabin vehicle at gunpoint.
Eyewitnesses reported that Qaiser was released shortly after the abduction. However, Ahmed’s family struggles to file a First Information Report (FIR) at the regional police station. Despite their efforts the day after the abduction, the police have not yet registered the case.
