Brazilian footballer Neymar da Silva Santos Junior has purchased a luxury penthouse in Dubai, as announced by local developer Binghatti on Monday.
Neymar, who currently plays for Saudi Pro League club Al Hilal, acquired the property in the Bugatti Residences, located in Dubai’s upscale Business Bay district. Binghatti called the purchase a “landmark moment for Dubai’s most exclusive address.”

The penthouse, part of the Sky Mansion collection, is valued at 200 million Emirati dirhams ($54 million). It features a private pool and a unique elevator system that allows vehicles to be transported directly to the residence, according to local reports.
Bugatti Residences is a collaboration between Binghatti and French luxury carmaker Bugatti, blending modern design with exclusive amenities.
Neymar joined Al Hilal last year in a high-profile transfer from Paris Saint-Germain, reportedly worth $300 million.
Dubai has become a magnet for elite athletes and celebrities. Earlier this year, Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo bought a €25 million ($26.5 million) mansion on Jumeirah Bay Island, while tennis legend Roger Federer purchased a $23 million penthouse in 2020. The city’s mix of luxury living, entertainment, and tax-free policies continues to attract the global elite.
