Pakistan’s Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan have each dropped one spot in the latest ICC Men’s T20I Batters’ rankings, now ranking fourth and fifth, respectively. Their rankings declined due to their poor performance in the T20 World Cup 2024.
India’s Suryakumar Yadav, who held the top spot since December 2023, has now slipped to second place. Pakistan’s captain, Babar Azam, previously ranked third, is now in fourth place. Meanwhile, wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan has moved from fourth to fifth position.
T20 All-Rounders Rankings
In the T20 all-rounders rankings, Sri Lanka’s Wanindu Hasaranga has reclaimed the number one spot. Afghanistan’s Mohammad Nabi has climbed two positions to take second place. India’s Hardik Pandya has also made notable progress, rising four spots to third place, while Australia’s Marcus Stoinis has dropped to fourth. Pakistan’s Imad Wasim is currently in 11th place.
T20 Bowlers’ Rankings
In the bowlers’ rankings, England’s Adil Rashid retains the top position. Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan has improved by two spots to reach second place. Wanindu Hasaranga is in third, Josh Hazlewood is fourth, Akeal Hosein is fifth, and Adam Zampa has advanced two places to sixth. India’s Kuldeep Yadav has made a remarkable improvement, jumping 20 positions to reach 11th place.
