Indian actress and dancer Sonakshi Sinha has finally addressed the rumors about her pregnancy, which spread online soon after her marriage to boyfriend Zaheer Iqbal.
In a recent interview, Sonakshi denied the pregnancy rumors. She said, “The only change is that I can’t go to the hospital now because as soon as I step out, people think I’m pregnant.”
Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal, who started dating in 2017, married at their Mumbai home last month.
When asked about her life after marriage, Sonakshi said, “It’s never been better. The beauty of it is I am feeling pretty much the same. I am happy that my life was so set before the wedding, and I am back at it. I am very happy to be back to work.”
The pregnancy rumors began when Sonakshi and Zaheer were spotted at a Mumbai hospital a few days after their wedding. Sonakshi visited her father, Shatrughan Sinha, who was admitted for a routine checkup.
Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal co-starred in the 2022 film Double XL. The couple shared photos from their wedding on Instagram, captioning them, “On this very day, seven years back (23.06.2017) in each other’s eyes, we saw love in its purest form and decided to hold on to it. Today that love has guided us through all the challenges and triumphs… leading up to this moment… where with the blessings of both our families and both our gods… we are now man and wife.
