Vicky Kaushal’s ‘Bad News’ to Release on Amazon Prime Video

Vicky Kaushal’s new Bollywood comedy, “Bad Newz,” directed by Anand Tiwari, will be released on Amazon Prime Video.

The exact release date is yet to be announced and produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, the film stars Vicky Kaushal, Tripti Dimri, and Ammy Virk.

The story centers around Saloni Bagga, played by Tripti Dimri, who finds herself pregnant with twins. The fathers, Gurbir Pannu (Ammy Virk) and Akhil Chadha (Vicky Kaushal) compete in comedic and dramatic events.

Vicky Kaushal shared his excitement for the project, saying, “Shooting for this film felt like being at home because working with Anand Tiwari and Karan Johar was a feel-good experience. The script is excellent. The film introduces a fresh concept, and although comedy isn’t a genre I’ve explored much as an actor, I found the humor in this film quite appealing.”
