Karachi: According to ARY News, k-Electric (KE) has introduced the “KE Star Rewards” programme to offer discounts to customers who pay their bills on time.
This programme aims to reduce the financial burden on customers by providing an easy-to-use rewards system that offers redeemable discounts.
“With the current economic situation, people are looking for ways to save money and manage their utility expenses. Any relief or incentive can help ease this pressure and strengthen the relationship between customers and utility providers,” K-Electric stated.
The ‘KE Star Rewards will reward loyal customers by offering discounts when they pay their bills in full and on time every month.
“The programme is tailored to meet the diverse needs of today’s customers. From lifestyle, healthcare, and food to entertainment, it covers many aspects of everyday life and offers something for everyone,” KE added.
KE spokesperson Ovais Munshi said this is the first loyalty programme in the power sector.
“Our initiative empowers customers and promotes timely bill payments. The offers will encourage customers to stay on top of their bills while accessing discounts on healthcare, fitness, and even travel,” he explained.
Munshi also promised more initiatives to engage KE customers and strengthen their relationship.
