WhatsApp has rolled out an update for Android users.
According to WABetaInfo, the messaging app now offers new theme colors for both dark and light modes.
This update is currently available to a limited number of beta testers using version 2.24.24.30 through the Google Play Beta Program. The goal is to refresh the app’s look with updated accent colors.
In dark mode, users will see white accents, while light mode now uses black accents instead of the previous light blue. These changes give WhatsApp a modern and sleek appearance, making the interface more user-friendly.
Additionally, WhatsApp Business has updated its logo. It now simply says “WhatsApp” instead of the earlier “WA Business,” reflecting a cleaner and minimalist design.
