A shooting took place outside the home of famous Punjabi singer and rapper AP Dhillon in Vancouver, Canada, on Sunday night.
Reports indicate that gunfire was heard near Dhillon’s residence in the Victoria Island area. While authorities have not yet confirmed the details, it is rumoured that the Lawrence Bishnoi-Rohit Godara gang has claimed responsibility for the attack. This has caused significant concern among the local community and Dhillon’s fans.
Witnesses described a terrifying scene as shots were fired, raising fears about the artist’s safety. There is also speculation that Goldy Brar, a well-known gangster, may be involved in the incident. Authorities are currently investigating to determine what led to the shooting.
AP Dhillon, whose real name is Amritpal Singh Dhillon, is an Indo-Canadian rapper, singer, and record producer who has significantly contributed to Punjabi music. Several of his singles have topped the Official Charts Company UK Asian and Punjabi charts, and his songs “Majhail” and “Brown Munde” have reached the top of the Billboard charts.
