YouTuber Aun Ali Khosa Returns Home Safely After Abduction

YouTuber and comedian Aun Ali Khosa, known for his satirical song “Bill Bill Pakistan,” who went missing a few days ago, has safely returned home.

Aun’s brother shared the news on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), confirming his safe return. He had previously informed the public that Aun was taken by armed men from their Lahore apartment in the middle of the night, urging people to pray for Aun’s safety and spread the word.

The Lahore High Court had ordered the provincial police to recover Aun Ali Khosa, who was reportedly “taken into custody by unidentified armed men,” by August 20. However, Lahore’s Deputy Inspector General Operations, Faisal Kamran, stated that no formal complaint had been filed regarding the alleged abduction. Still, the police would act promptly once a complaint was received.

An earlier First Information Report (FIR) stated that around 2 AM on August 15, unknown individuals entered Aun’s home, abducted him, and took his laptop, computer, and camera.

Aun Ali gained attention on social media for his satirical song “Bill Bill Pakistan,” which highlighted the high electricity bills during Independence Day.
